Scope

This policy covers this website and apps published under the Caser Publishing label. Individual apps may provide additional in-app notices when feature-specific handling applies.

Data collection

• Support emails: If you email me, I receive your email address and message content to provide support.
• In-app submissions: Some apps allow feedback or submissions; data is used only for the stated purpose.
• Diagnostics: Some apps may collect crash reports to identify and fix defects.
• Purchases: Apple processes payments. I do not receive payment credentials.

Sharing

I do not sell personal data. If service providers are used for specific functions (e.g., crash reporting), they are expected to protect data and use it only to deliver that function.

Third-party AI

If an app uses third-party AI that would require sharing user data, this will be disclosed, and permission will be requested before data is sent.

Permissions

System permissions (Photos, Location, etc.) are controlled through device settings and can be revoked at any time.

Tracking

I do not track users for advertising. If tracking were ever introduced, it would use Apple's permission prompt.

Accounts

If an app includes accounts, it will include a deletion mechanism. Most apps do not require accounts.

Deletion requests

Email caserlegal@proton.me to request deletion of any data that I control.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date will be revised.
