"Caser Publishing" is an independent publishing label for iOS and macOS apps.
Use the apps for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to exploit, disrupt, or misuse services, or use them to harm others.
Apps distributed through the App Store are also subject to Apple's terms, which may govern transactions and platform-specific rights.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds follow Apple's procedures.
Use is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Apps and services are provided "AS IS" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use.
